Warning: Major venting post
Ugh, what a shi**y day. Starting yesterday evening with stubborn highs in the upper 200s, I probably dropped at some point during the (too short anyway) night and slept with a low for some hours - woke up with 49 this morning. Didn't over-treat but ended 315 after breakfast, just to be 63 after correction.
That's the first time ever I leave my job early b/c of D. But I feel so completely knocked out today, I've no frustration tolerance whatsoever and immediately start crying the minute something goes wrong. I'm 105 now and will proceed to go back to bed. At 2pm.
I can haz CGM for Xmas, plz??

ups and downs... yup they suck big time. Vent away... we understand!
Comment by Marie B on November 14, 2012 at 7:50am hope you're off the scary rollercoaster today

Comment by Emily Coles on November 14, 2012 at 12:17pm Vera, I hope the glucocoaster has landed, at least for now! On days like that my mom used to tell me to "put my head down and run forward". It's an image that's helped me a lot over the years.
