had great news today
went to the doctors for my first checkup after 5 weeks been diagnose with type 2 diabetes. my doc was over the moon with my progress as my monitoring diary is very good,and i lost 10 lbs and blood pressure is back to normal.she was saying i wish all my patience was good like you.
