A friend of mine who is diabetic told me he adds Apple Cider Vinegar to his daily regimen and that it lowers his blood sugar. Has anyone tried this or heard of this? It sounds like an area 51story to me. Hopefully someone hear can verify or debunk this wild claim.

There are quite a few discussions about apple cider vinegar. Put "vinegar" in the search at the top of every page.

apple cider vinegar may help with circulation and the bodies ability to fight candida (yeast) buildup in the body. Put it in applesauce and it goes down easy.
