I can't tell if am normal, or heading in the wrong direction, PLease tell me where you are?

Now that I am getting a little more predictable results, let me share them with you:

My Weekly averages are:
Glucose: 143.14
Insulin: Novolog (Meal Bolus)- 10.13 and Lantus (Basal-) 54.16 (using a syringe)
Carbs: 47.66 (per meal)
Calories: 489.54

Using rule 500 for Meal Bolus
using Rule 1500 for Sensitivity (correction) Bolus

I built a little excel spreadsheet and put the carbs and BG in and that helps me determin my total Bolus amount before a meal.

I read somewhere that if I were using a pump, I would probably use only about 90% of the insulin that I now take.
