Never Give Up. Don't Let Diabetes or Anything Else Ever Stop You.

I feel good enough to start hiking again. Here I am sideways at Occoquan Regional Park. Yes, that is a Novolog Pen in my pocket. We walked about 3 miles a lot of it strait up the stairs. Below, I am  enjoying the sun. I have lost enough weight to fit in my Crystal Bowersox signed and size small T-Shirt that I won here a few years ago.
