TuDiabetes - A Community for People Touched by Diabetes

I got my pump today and will start on practice of saline on thursday to get used to it, then on xmas eve I will start with the insulin. I am excited and very nervous at the same time. The only problem is they sent me wrong color, I called them and they are overnighting the correct one and sending me some free skins for it, how cool is that. I am not starting the CGM because I cannot afford it yet, my insurance only is paying half of the pump and supplies, so I will reassess things in a year or so, hopefully I can pay it off early, well anyway, Merry Christmas to me, no more shots (I hope). wish me luck.
