hey everyone doing ok, my sugar levels are good within the 10 weeks of having type 2 diabetes, my sugar levels were always between 6-7%. i had a white roll yesterday and my sugar levels when up to 9,it is a bit disappointing for me but in next day or two i get it back to normal for me which is 6-7%. wel it was the bf who made me a white roll. it looked down. to good to put but down. mmm. he no's now to get me brown rolls instead of white, may stay on track now as have to take bloods next week in docs, for my 3 month check,and have the appointment with diabetes clinic, well let ye all no how i get on, fingers crossed, ha
