I got a bit of a late start today but made it to Green Mountain in time for dinner. Dinner tonight was chicken and vegetable soup, polenta, and greens. There are only 4 people here that are still here from my last visit. A few came during my 2 week hiatus and there are 11 newbies. I'm eager for the classes tomorrow. I'll likely add to my blog in the evening going forward so I can report on the day. So I'll let you know tomorrow's schedule: Breakfast, Upper Body Strength Training, Movement Magic (no clue what that is -- it's not an exercise class), Cardio Stations, Lunch, Whole Grains: What the heck do you do with them? (That's a classroom class if you couldn't tell); Acquatics: Miracle Swim (YEAH)!; Gentle Yoga (they start off nice by the end of the week they'll have us doing contort your body like a pretzel yoga); Dinner; Getting to Know your group; Optional Snack. I know -- kind of a dull report, but hopefully great discoveries will occur.

Have fun! Movement Magic sounds intriguing. Maybe you'll be levitating! Send the pretzel pics.
