I am introducing my 4 week makeover on the 1st of April. It will record my blood sugars, weight loss or gain, foods I eat, foods desire, home life, work life, goals to accomplish, and at the end of the 4 weeks....I will record the results and with a picture. I will repeat this step every 4 weeks, I will purchase an excercise program along the way.
This will record all the steps and determination that I will accomplish in one year. The main goal is to have lost 80 pounds and to keep it off. A new way at looking at food, my goal is to eat mostly raw veggies. Get into an excercise program and some yoga. Be more active in Tudiabetes. The list goes on.
So on the 1st of April, I will weight in and any short term goals I need to do in 4 weeks. I will also put in my long term goals as well, but it may take a few short term ones to make the big one. I will be recording my blood sugars and meds as well. Goal is to be off of half my meds by the end of the March next year.
