My diagnoses
I was lucky when I got diagnosed. My grandfather and uncle have type 2 to so with all my symptoms and the 20 lbs I lost. We bought a glucose meter and my blood sugar was 480 so into the ER we went after several hours and a full IV bag it was up to the peds floor. They finally fed me at 11 that night which kinda seemed crazy to me I mean really feed the diabetic. That was 2 weeks ago today. So that's my story.
