Hi Lloyd. Congratulations! It's almost time for my A1c test again, and after the problems of winter, I'm hoping that mine didn't go up from 6.3. Your 5.0 is certainly noteworthy.

I limit my carbohydrates to 80 a day, and take metformin and insulin via pump.
