GREAT! how do you do it?
I take insulin via pump, metformin, and limit my carbohydrates to an average of 80 per day, I'm type 2, that tends to limit the speed with which my glucose changes. My body reacts predictably to insulin and carbohydrates. I've been counting carbohydrates for almost 20 years, I'm very good at that. I test my glucose enough. I have a very good understanding of diabetes. I work hard at it.
