I'm so thrilled to let you know that I have a new job. Unfortunately, ADA had several layoffs, and while I was fortunate enough to keep my job, I decided it was time to be proactive..rather than waiting around for round 2 of layoffs. I am very lucky, however, that in my new role at Georgetown University Medical Center I am still highly involved in diabetes research. I get to assist in the planning and promotion of Diabetes Galas and fundraisers. It's absolutely wonderful!
