It's about time this was approved. I was initially really excited about the Pod and I live in Massachusetts, literally down the street from Insulet and was invited to the plant by the local rep. But the wait has soured me on the whole idea and I am going to continue with MDI but I am really happy for those who already use the system and those considering it that they finally get what they have had in Europe for more than a year.

I just started on the Omni system (and like Clare live close to Insulet) and was told by my coach that they are anxious to get this system out and working. Being a fan of tech and upgrades, I can't wait to see this released and how well it works. From what the Omni rep told me, once they release this they will not be making the old pods anymore.
