I turn my PDM on and it says that it's connected to a USB and that it's syncing information. It is not connected to anything I took the batteries out I changed the batteries I hit the reset button nothing is working... Help! Suggestions ideas anything please

yikes! this doesnt sound good, i hope you called omnipod support they have been great for us, i hope you resolved it already and do not need a new PDM if you do i'm sure they will send it asap, best of luck! amy

do you use energizer max batteries, i cant always find them but they are suppose to be the best "fit" glad its better, were you able to bolus while it was freaking out? i know basal is suppose to run even if you have a problem with the pod synching with the pdm, well at least it resolved!
