I change my site every 2 or 3 days.
I use my stomach and the tops of both sides of my rear end. I have never tried my arms. I am quite happy with both areas.
I use the inserter that came with my Medtronic Paradigm 523. It is fine, I might try to insert without the inserter someday.

So far, I use my stomach and rear sites too. I had used my thighs but it takes longer for the insulin to perfuse...(I have to bolus and wait a good 20-30 mins before eating..)
Whick inserter came with your Med 523? Quick set? Sihlouette? Sure-t? Mio?

I'm new to Omnipods, so far I've used my arms and belly. I prefer arms so far, though I didn't expect that. I'm just too aware of the pod when it's on my middle. I change every 2 days or less due to the amount of insulin I use. Always a new site, rotating between belly and arms.

When do you change a site? About every three days.
Which sites do you prefer and why? I use my stomach area. It has more padding there and doesn't sting as much when taking a bolus.
Do you switch from the stomach to an arm ? I have never used an arm.
Which inserter do you like? I use an Animas Ping, and with the Inset infusion sets, the infusion set and inserter are one. I have never used any other, but like the Inset very much.

I pretty much use the right side of my abdomen for infusion set and the left side for CGM sensors. I had a couple of "pull-outs" last summer on longer runs and also used the spot above my hipbones in back, the love-handles, and that worked pretty well.

I use the Silhouette sets and put them in manually, with no inserter.
