TuDiabetes - A Community for People Touched by Diabetes

Sorry my friends,it is not the place, but you are my family now.The wars in my region sent me into severe depression and lately and with God's help&every body's help including my patients and you,I improved a lot,no medication but faith and love.
Now the smell of burnt city, destroyed infrastructure of a city, mass destruction of my poeple sent me to the bottom of sadness and despair.I am blaming both sides, not one at all.

And who is comforting me?,Renee, the beautiful mother from Israel and the thousands of beautiful poeple in Isreal who went to the streets yesterday demanding for peace.

Pray today for a minute please for this war to end,and be the last, and for peace to land in the land visited by all God's prophets.

Renee,my friend, pray in all languages you know that next year,me & you will be walking the lovely streets of Al Quds and Beet Lahm, having coffee together and showing our children the sacred land.

My dearest Sohair,
I am so sorry. I have spent so much tiome tending to my own sickness that i did not see this blog. Please forgive me for missing this when you needed so badly. I love you and am always with you and didn't know about this. I am just so sorry. I would not leave you alone when you are so sad. My tears are for the pain in your soul. I wish I could repair the things that are wrong with these countries.
My prayers and my heart, my strength and my love are with you. I could feel such sadness with you but didn't know what was in your heart. I am very aware of the wars and the bombing and the terrible death toll and have been sending my prayers to all the people too. I will be ever faithful in continuing
Peace be with you dear.

We pray for peace every night....

I truely can't imagine Sohair....

I agree with what Manny said above it is very sad to see how so few can cause so much pain...

All we can do is cling to faith taking it day by day....Hugs Sohair!

This is one of the most inspiring posts I have read in a very long time...

It saddens me to see how a few people on both sides that do NOT truly represent the majorities can cause so much grief and loss.

You and Renee are a testimonial of how religious beliefs need not separate us. Above all, we are people first and love can grow everywhere!

Sohair-

I will keep you and your country in my prayers. I can't say that I understand because I have never been in war or had to live in it but my husband has and it's a place nobody should ever have to see. Stay prayerful...
