I am cyborg! Started with my Seven Plus CGM today - so far, I've learned that when I eat I drop low for about 15 minutes, then rush up high, then slowly level off. Interesting. Looking forward to the overnight results.

Welcome to the cyborg dexcom nation! I have been using mine for a month now. Even though DexCom says you can calibrate at any time, try not to calibrate if your sugar is dropping or rising. If you have a nice straight arrow, then calibrate. I had a hard time getting the darn thing accurate because I didn't know that calibrating when the BG was shifting alot would be a problem. Now that I figured this out, it has been really accurate and awesome.

YMMV but I am on day 12 of this sensor! It has been super accurate up till this morning and I just stopped the sensor and restarted it. Now it is back on track and accurate again.
