Stress as a trigger for Diabetes 1 ?
Wondering if any Type 1 folks suspect or are reasonably sure that heavy stress may have been a trigger for their their condition.

Aloha Charles, similar, no family history of diabetes, reasonably fit and think I have learned a valuable lesson out of all this , working excessively long hours , lack of sleep causing stress may be a trigger that can be avoided. It appears that a high percentage of folks (Adults) with T1 have had some form of excessive stress leading up to a diagnosis.
What sort of bike Charles ?
