Feeling shaky. Summerfest opened today (sort of our town's local equivalent of a county fair). So of course I ate too much of the wrong stuff and spiked 'way high. Then overcorrected a bit and went low -- not severely, not to the scary point, but enough that I had to quick eat some carbs, then some more, then a little more. Still in the low 70's. Back home now and monitoring so this won't get out of control, but it's still unpleasant. That old seesaw we all know so well. Sigh. Fortunately it's just about dinner time -- protein is coming.
see saw.... yo yo it all sucks! Hang in there!
