The Diet Monster and Me!Loosing 44 ILBS! Did I?

Well the diet monster had me last year. My target was 20 Kilos (44 Ilbs) I managed 16 Kilos (36 Ilbs)
Following monthly visits to my community nurse (Nice Guy!) He confirmed I had lost another 16 Kilos(36 ILBS)! So in total I have reduced by: 32 Kilos or (72 ILBS) HOOOOORAY! I can dance with Emily Coles now! I'm Silth like! I WISH!
