Here I am with the ladies I am mentor to to help motivate them to get the weight off and get healthy! :-)
This is a clip from a news interview I did and it shows part of the Dr. OZ show. The 3 women I am mentoring are doing pretty will. It's going to be a long road but they are now seeing the big picture. :-)

Wow...Thanks for sharing. I am finally doing it! I am counting my carbs and exerciseing and I have my diabetese under control. Had to completely change my eating habits. I find it easier to count the carbs. I have a Daily Journal group here and I write everything I eat and there is 12 (women ) so far joining me. I have lost around 10 lbs and feel no ( know) I will loose it this time! I have too Hello My name is Emily and I am a a diabetic. You are a beautiful person inside and out! I want to be a beautiful woman outside, I know I am inside. God Bless you.....Emily
