TuDiabetes - A Community for People Touched by Diabetes

Okay, so I don't do as much traveling as I wish I could. And this weekend I'm taking a mini-vacay to New Orleans. I've never done the whole airplane thing while carrying insulin and needles. And was wondering if any of you have any suggestions.

Hey, Mike... couple of things. I started a group here at TU called "Traveling the World with Diabetes".... there is a discussion within the group where many members have given tips on "traveling while Diabetic". Check it out when you get a moment.

Well, my wife and I went to New Orleans for the first time this past Oct. 2008, and had the friggin time of our lives. I posted a few pictures on my page and within the traveling group... It is truly still an amazing and beautiful city. You are going to have the time of your life :^)
