Oh that is a fantastic quote. So easy to forget amid the turmoil of everyday life, but we must fight frustration as best we can...nothing good comes out of it.

Thank you Stoyan for the comment! There can be a great deal of frustration within our community, and the while the feeling itself may seem natural, it really doesn't serve us in the long run. Diabetes offers us hundreds of opportunities to get frustrated every day, it really is up to us not to let it.
