While traveling internationally we were concerned with staying connected to Nikki who was with us but staying with a group of girls and our sons who also have diabetes and were in the states. We tried several different international phones and packages and the one thing that worked for us that kept us connected so we could monitor Nikki's diabetes and stay connected with our sons was totally FREE, check out this really cool App and this week's diabetes tidbit

Hope it helps you when traveling and please feel free to share our diabetes tidbits with your community.
