It was in June this year that I last saw my diabetic doctor he was pleased with progress I was making loosing weight and rarely blood sugars in the 13s and 14s or eveny 19s that had been my readings for a long time before he put me on victza,I was pleasantly informed I had lost another nearly a sone in weight for someone that tried for years to loose weight it is a miracle diet clubs counting calories being hypnotised not sure if that worked for every now and then I would do someting silly when the work friend was spoken, never found out what I did but the family have a chuckle every now and then hope what I did was not embarrasing sorry about the spelling secondary modern education well the lack of it in the 60s did me.
Although I have only cut my daily insulin by 40 units the victoza is working, not sure if it added to my bouts of depression but being house bound and left alone during the week for 9 hours a day could send anyone climbing up the walls,no idea what 105 kilos is in proper weight pounds and ounces but that is what I weigh today 11 months ago I was 120 kilos so you work it out and let me know. true I eat less but there has been times when my appetite came back probably all in my mind does your body get use to victoza and will I become intolerent to the drug well that is for the future and at last there does seem to be a future for me so three cheers for victoza
So for the nurse to tell me I had lost another 11 kilos was fantastic news
