While I was waiting for my appointment for my insulin pump I continued frequent sessions with my Psychiatrist. so I could talk through any concerns. My main concern of course being weight gain...

I was told that I would gain a little bit of weight when I started taking regular insulin again, but my Doctor gave me a prescription for metformin which will help my insulin work better and stop it from turning straight into fat.
If I am eating healthy and doing regular exercise then there is no reason why my weight would go up to high.
I have decided with alot of thought that I can gain 12pound, without worrying to much, anymore then that i am hoping will motivate me to try harder and exercise more.
I only have a 6 month trial at this and I know that I have to make it work, i feel like this is the only option for me...
