I was at work yesterday and it was pretty close to lunch. I was getting ready and checked my bs. I prepared to bolus and all of sudden, NO DELIVERY.Ok so I figured the tubing was kinked or something. Reset the pump. Bolused again. NO DELIVERY. Then I remembered when I changed the set in the morning it hurt going in. I pulled out the set. Gusher. All this at work. Thank God I keep an extra setup at work for such a thing. Replaced the set. Bolused for lunch and then I got the stinkin feeling that even though I was getting the no delivery alarms some insulin was going in. I bolused for the full amount. Of course now I figure I have 13 units too much. I left early for the day and when I got home I checked and my bs was at 70. I treated the low and went out to meet some friends but I made sure I kept checking my bs every couple of hours.
