If you want to loose weight ; check out Dr. Berstein's Diabetes Solution & Diet...
not more than 45 carbs per day ; and instead lots of proteins & veggies / fats allowed .

Hi Debe...I've gotta share this one, just TOO funny!
It's sure to bring a smile to your face ....linda.

Three Ladies in a Sauna......

THREE WOMEN, TWO YOUNGER, AND ONE SENIOR CITIZEN, WERE SITTING NAKED IN A SAUNA.

SUDDENLY THERE WAS A BEEPING SOUND. THE YOUNG WOMAN PRESSED HER FOREARM AND THE
BEEP STOPPED.

THE OTHERS LOOKED AT HER QUESTIONINGLY. 'THAT WAS MY PAGER,' SHE SAID. I HAVE A MICROCHIP UNDER THE SKIN OF MY ARM..

A FEW MINUTES LATER, A PHONE RANG. THE SECOND YOUNG WOMAN LIFTED HER PALM TO HER EAR.

WHEN SHE FINISHED, SHE EXPLAINED, 'THAT WAS MY MOBILE PHONE. I HAVE A
MICROCHIP IN MY HAND.'

THE OLDER WOMAN FELT VERY LOW -TECH. NOT TO BE OUT DONE, SHE DECIDED SHE
HAD TO DO SOMETHING JUST AS IMPRESSIVE. SHE STEPPED OUT OF THE SAUNA AND WENT
TO THE BATHROOM.

SHE RETURNED WITH A PIECE OF TOILET PAPER HANGING FROM HER REAR END.

THE OTHERS RAISED THEIR EYEBROWS AND STARED AT HER.

THE OLDER WOMAN FINALLY SAID.........WELL, WILL YOU LOOK AT THAT....I'M GETTING A
FAX!!

When you stop laughing, send this to those who will appreciate it.

Greetings! Happy and Holy Easter to you. Nice to meet you online. The growing list of friends who are dealing with the same issues is really a good thing for everyone involved. Thank you for the birthday wish. I had a good day. My wife and I run a small art gallery and lots of friends came in. We also went to a student art show in the evening. Lots going on in our little Las Vegas, New Mexico. Our town was here first! Take care.
