Welcome to TU! I saw you joined the Ketosis prone diabetics. That was me too. I have lost 75 pounds now but still fight horrible spikes. I am about 35 pounds away from goal weight. I went the Victoza route and it has worked wonders. Some days are still crap from my numbers other days perfect. Your doing good. PS I never really liked cupcakes no offense LOL
