Hei igjen! Jeg fikk diabetes påvist i svangerskapet og da var det skikkelig vanskelig å få kontroll når jeg spiste det minste av karbohydrater. Så en periode da og senere klarte jeg meg på ca 30 g + karbohydrater på dagen, dvs karbohydratene kom vel utelukket fra grønnsaker og nøtter. Jeg spiste ikke frukt, gryn av noe slag, ris, pasta, poteter og alt det der. Laget brød av egg, ost og nøtter, kaker etter liknende oppskrifter med sukkererstatning. Diabetesen min er nå inne i fredelig fase og jeg tåler karbos og spiser ganske vanlig nå om dagen. Men om jeg får problemer så vet jeg at det skal ordne seg. Jeg er lege selv og vet at norsk helsevesen ikke baserer seg på dokumentasjon når de sverger til det tradisjonelle brød og melk maten, det er akkurat det "tradisjoner" og ikke noe mer.
