HI Joanne- How was your week ? Is your bone spur any better ? What did the MRI say ? My exercise program is working out well for me. Also, I am on a new med. Both together seem to be helping my walking. We may be able to go to visit my g-son in CA this summer. I hope so. How are you doing at work ? I hope you have a blessed Palm Sunday this weekend. Cat

Good Morning,Joanne. How are things with you? I have been up since 4. Tom had to leave for the airport. He is going to Toronto for a big conference. It was 88 here yesterday and it is SNOWING in Toronto. Russ had his PCP yesterday. Tom drove him. No doctor. no one in the office called him. He was livid. They came home got me we went to the WHITE LION for lunch. We ate outside where we could see the tourists crawling all over the FORT CASTILLO built in 1672. Next haircut. On way home we stopped at Leonardi's Nursery and bought a Majestic Beauty Indian Hawthorn to replace a dead orange tree, Now we must remember to water it. My BG 194 finally running good. How is your stomach? Tired? you have been through a lot. Doris is having her shoulder done this morning. I hope it goes well. Take good care of yourself. I care. HUGS,Reed

Hi Joanne- How are you doing ? Sunny day but windy and cool. More seasonable for March. How is the bone spur ? Does it give you much pain ? My exercises are working out well. I am walking a little better. The PT will come 4 times a week for 4 weeks. This is the 2nd week. Plus I have to practice 2x a day. Glad things are better at Reed's house. He gets so upset when things don't go well. He cares so much for the people he loves. Very nice man !!! Take care and have a good week. Cat

Hi Joanne -thanks for the cute kitty pic. Hope your stomach is feeling better after the other day's illness. I had an aggrevating episode with my Ins. company . They sent me the wrong test strips for my meter. Then they sent me a new meter kit that I didn't want. It didn't have the same #'s as my own meter. I must have called them 6or7 times until I got the correct strips for my meter. Ins. cos. are just wonderful. Hope you have a great weekend. It is supposed to get warm again by Sunday. Cat

Dear Joanne. Thanks for your concern and advice. Teachers in MA did not work under Social Security so Russ does not have Medicare. He has Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, He pays $711.28 a month and the town of Wayland where he taught pays $711.28 a month. As he is well over 65 EVERYONE just assuumes he has Medicare,. The social worker spent over an hour finding a PT and a Home care Place. She found something called INTERIM SENIOR HEALTH CARE that will. Ever hear of them. Oh Boy did they give him more pills. I hope things are going well with you. Russ is glad to be home. HUGS,Reed
