Oh my, Isaac---It is such a small world and I am so delighted to find you here. In 2008 my daughter and her senior class were in Jos delivering loaded laptops and solar ovens to their sister school there. There are pictures on my photo page if you are interested. And last spring she and her seniors went to South Africa where they worked in Archbishop Tutu's orphanage for the children of AIDS victims, took meds into the shanty town and got to spend a day with the great man.....I wish you and yours well.....Judith in Portland, Oregon, USA
Welcome, Isaac, to TuDiabetes! Just a little hint for you: I see you posted a comment on your own page. If you would like the whole community to learn about your recent experience with the training, you should write a blog about it, or post a discussion in the Forum. Only if members happen to come to your profile page, as Kristin and I did, will they see this comment to yourself. If you have any questions, please leave a comment for me on my page (click on the words "comment back"). We are very pleased to have a Diabetes Educator joining us.
Hi, Many thanks for accepting me into this community. I just came back from an Expert Trainner Trainning on Conversation Map in South Africa. Has any body heard of this noble tool in Diabetes Education?
