In our groups section you will find groups of people from different geographic areas. I will have to admit that I had never heard of Cuenca so I did a Google search. I found cities in Spain and Ecuador. You might use the search box at the upper right on the home page and search for your city's country. I see that you are T2 taking shots. If you are insulin dependent you might want to visit this group http://www.tudiabetes.org/group/insulin_dependent_type2
or if you are on Byetta or Victoza there are groups for those meds that you can find here. http://www.tudiabetes.org/notes/Group_Categories

click on "all groups". You can either peruse the wide array of available groups....or simply type a specific interest in the
space provided. Take in some of the blogs/discussions as well.
The resource boxes at the top of the home "Home" page, and
"About us" at the very bottom of your page and every page (the footer), offer you more information still.
