Lois, it's great to see you back with us, I can't say I know what you're going through, but read this blog from Judith, it lifted me up, Hope it does the same with you
Lois, Sorry all the problems continue to plague you. Just wish something would go right for you. Things here have been kinda hectic. Today I'm just plain pooped. Hope your days get better. Sending hugs & prayers.
My dear dear Lois.... so sorry than you are going through all this. It's been crazy here...with final report cards in process. Early June will hail the arrival of yet another grandson...Teagan :) Then in July...going to Ottawa to see Paul McCartney in concert...my brother's treat. Other than that....don't know what's in store for me. One day at a time. First...the report cards.
Luv and baskets of hugs....linda
Yes Lois...as far as I know this is only for Canadians. Since I am new to the diabetes world (i hid in a hole for the first 16 years on injections it seems)I don't know if there is anything comparitive in the States. I am still reading all the discussions and soaking it all in. My family never was supportive..just didnt understand and didnt really want to. It is sooooo nice to see people who "get it" and can even joke around with it all. I love it. I have had a soap opera called life as well. I'm finally taking the time to take care of myself now.
Hey Lois I hope you are doing well. I was reading some of your blog post and just want to say I think you are a very strong person. Thank you for sharing your story to help motivate people like me to take care of themselves. I am nearly 21 and have had type 1 for almost 5 years. I have not always taken as good care of myself as I am recently but have been doing very well lately. Hugs, Leanna
Hey Lois!! I think the site was "Glitter Graphics" (will check it out)...but I often just type in what I want (if it's something specific)...and then enter if it seems safe. Having to be careful of any virus!
