hey jack, just read your blog, sorry to hear that happened to you, I will be more careful in future, I cant believe the affect after one dirty needle cause, I am only 6 wks with diabetes and learnt so much from this site. its nice to c some people on this site from Ireland, im Diana from Ireland also,
Take a peek at some the groups when you get a chance. Just go to the top of your page, and click on "Groups". Once in, you can either peruse the wide array of available groups....or simply type a specific interest in the space provided. Take in some of the blogs/discussions as well.
