Sounds like we have a lot in common. Nice to meet you. I also use the Paradigm 523. I also use diet and exercise to try to help my daily living. I find a lot of help on this website, and am glad about it. Sometimes it is really hard to find people who understand exactly what a high or low number feels like, and what happens. Talk to you soon.
Bless you, Debi for Being there.....I look forward to getting to know you better. I only know the San Jose airport on my way to see my family in Santa Cruz, but life is full of wondrous events and perhaps we will even meet someday. In the meantime---Blessings!.
