I have absolutely no one in town to help me. Driving is a real trip. I am going out to dinner tonite with a girlfriend. I am driving to my son's college next Fri. to see his play that opened on the 17th and we will have dinner and I will spend the night somewhere there. Can't wait. Weather has been horrible so can't get out to walk.
I fell on the sidewalk outside and was stupid enough to try and use my hands to break the fall and broke them instead. Last night was a trip shampooing my hair. Had to bend over at the waist to blow dry as I can't use a brush. Thank goodness for a flat iron! Thanks for asking. How is your end of the world?
hey thanks for talking to me, it was so nice! Plus we are very similar ;) I hope all is well. I'm still thinking about what i want to cook... I might start out small like sushi (hey it may sound easy but for me it would be a accomplishment!). Can't take out count?? LOL. I still haven't checked my sugar, to afraid to right now... plus i'm sleeping to much :( Don't really know how to stop sleeping so much, i love sleep!
talk to you later jackie
Thank you for the attention, robyn. I may have been alittle depressed, but mostly, I was trying to convince my self I really wasn't diabetic. I don't understand why I go through that phase, however the pizza and coke brought back fond memories of simpler days but I suffered about two days chasing highs and lows. I'm almoset back to stable bs, now and convinced I really am diabetic and so back to the grind.
hows everything with you?
You got weather in the 70's!!!!! Now I'm jelouse!!!! We only got up to the upper 60's! We're all doing fine! Except for that 29 I had the other day! I was on the computer and .......Well just read my messages to Joe and Marie! After I got it back up I apoliged to both of them! You know how your mind kinda goes blank in a low? That's what my spelling had going on! After I read what I had typed I went back and told them what was going on! HA!!
The kids are GREAT! Amarie went home after 2 weeks with us and Savannah won't let her mom and dad go ANYWHERE without her! Aden? Well he's just laying on his back watching everybody going around him!
hello. thank you for your kind words and encouragement. i think I was depressed after all, just didn't see it until someone mentioned the possiblity. A lot of thinks and changes have occured in recent months. doc told me last month it is only a matter of time b4 my pancreas quits. but i will not cry on your shoulders, but thank you for being there. i will be praying for you and all my tubeees friends.
OMG Robbs, the funniest thing just happened. Home computer still not working and I am once again at the library. I come to your page and did not check to see that the private earphones were plugged into the station, and clicked on #7 and soon Dylan was playing at top volume and everyone in the library was staring at me. I was laughing so hard I didn't remember where the mute button was, so it just kept going.
Then when I finally silenced it, a man across the room applauded and said "I love Dylan"...................
Hi Robyn, How are you? I've been a diabetic for about 25 years. I was diagnosed when I was pregnant but was never tested before. The doctor thinks I've had it longer. I'm at the point now I have to make some decisions. Three years ago I had a kidney transplant and I'm doing really well. I don't want any more problems so I have decide to go on a pump. I'm sick of the shots and schedule and the pump will end all that. Do I go with a wireless pump like the Omnipod or a pump on my belt like Medtronics? I have a good life and want to stay healthy. Tell me your thoughts. Have a nice day today! Barb
