Thanks Robyn, I do have a meter (although I cheapo one which was all I could afford since I have no insurance) my living situation makes it hard for me to have a nice set schedule for doing the tests or even having a proper eating schedule to control this - all that will change in the next few days as I will be moving. I can't wait. Diabetes is stressful enough without having the proper support or environment. Thanks so much for your help! Kim

Thanks for liking the photos and our dogs. The blue collie on my ID photo was truly beautiful, and Wendy was my little "alert" dog. My husband is training the two young Goldens, Betsy and Cici, in the performance sports. We hike with them all, including Aggie and Gem, who have retired from the sports.

Sorry to hear your A1c was not so good... how much was it than ?? So bad, you wan't tell ?? Don't worry to much... next time it will be lower !!
I also try to lower it (I guess we all do)... and somehow, a bad period in BS always screw it up... so difficult... It's frustrating... but we keep on fighting... every day, 24/7.

Getting older... yeah... tell me... but you still look like 35... so don't worry to much...
Your grandchildren are so cute and very pretty... it's like everyday sunshine in ones life !!

Today we get again snow... I WANT SUN... I WANT HEAT... we are all tired of this winter and the cold... lucky you. Do you have some nice sun yet ??
