Hi, Okay this looks good. Now you are going to break each piece of the page down. I usually start with the header. So go to customize and pick the second choice down - Header. There will be a little camera icon there. You then go to google images and pick a picture you like, save it to pictures on your computer. Then click on the icon that looks like a camera and choose the picture. It will down load on the header, oh yeah, first remover the flashing lights header. Try that and once you do it I will help you with the rest of it.

Hi Mr Stemwinder.thanks alot for taking intrest and comment with suggestion,yeh iam T2 iam using both tablets and shot of insulin named Levemer recomended by spec for control but i think total dependency on insulin is not matching my thaughts of living and fight with the diabetis,i am very happy to be apart of your faimly.have agood day.

Hi Gary, I am feeling pretty good today but I didn't go to work. I got some blood tests done and I was kind of mad because I had to go right during that video chat. The doctor raised my pain medication from two a day to four and I feel really good. It is raining this sleet like stuff today, black ice, very slippery. It is cold and grey. I am hoping for snow. I have my fingers crossed. We only had snow one day this year and I really like snow.

Gary it is so nice to have another person helping us with the Welcomes. I have been doing it quite a while. I also do the birthdays. I try to write each day to 21 friends. I am 85 and my doctor tells me it keeps me mentally alert. I live in St. Augustine, Florida, the oldest city in yje USA. I came here after living in Lexington MA for many years.
