Congratulations on your new grandchildren, Tricia!! 4 pounds is sort of small, yet big enough so they will easily thrive.
I have sisters that are twins, 6 years younger, and was old enough to remember how frazzled my mother was. Each of my grandmothers tok turns coming over to help. And those were the days of cloth diapers, etc.
What a wonderful blessing for your family!!!

He;;p Tricia. So good to hear from you but sorry uou have the flu and took a bad fall. It has been awful here. Russ got a cold not the flu and the coughing kee[s him and me ip nights .Then he passed it on to me. On TV last night they said coughing can lasy 128 days. Antibiotics are useless can do more harm than good. LIGHT WENT ON. Russ was on antibiotics from his nose surgery. Which went very well. They did a great job. Tom is going to get a promotion to full Professore. He deserves it. He works hard. California is freezing Florida in a heat wave temps in the 80's so unusual for Jan. Good luck with the twins arrival. I hope they will be as healthy as can be. My BG stays around 106. TOPS today. I have a Speaker. So good to hear from you. My best to Nick. Take good care. I care. Hello Tricia/ How are things with you"? It is dreary damp and cold here with a light drizzle. I did not have a good night. Every bone in my body ached especially my knees. I have told you what has been going on in long posts to everyone. My BG has been good this morning BG1906. Russ seems to be doing much better. He just got back from his COUMADAN test. Tom comes tonight . He has to speak to the trustees of the UF board dealing with St. Augustine historic properties tomorrow. Sat he runs a 1/2 Marathon so I need to feed him pasta. How are your readings? I hope good. Has Winter hit Ireland? I was watching HOUSE HUNTERS and this couple moved to Dublin so I saw scenes of the city and the insides of flats interesting. Take good care of yourself. HUGS,Reed
