Hello from Polka Dot Reed. I went to the dermatologist yesterday. He said I now belong to the Old Age Club. He zapped me in 15 places back face neck big red blotches. None of them cancerous. BG 102. Been busy getting ready for TOPS tomorrow. Lot of my nice plants in pots have rotted too much rain. Not sleeping too well but I keep going. Tom going for a promtion and among other things he has to write 2 750 word essays Russ and I proofreading. How are things with you? Your readings good? I hope you have no lows. Hello Tricia. What a wonderful weekend. The highlight my meeting Manny. It was if we had been friends for years. Such a great guy and his knowledge of Diabetes was outstanding. I am Type 2 and in doing the things I do here a lot of Type 1's would use words I did not understand like infusion sets and Manny with his box of gadgets expplained it all to me. Hellp Tricia. I am sluggish today. It must be OLD AGE. Happy to report the sun is out and it has stopped raining. The folks in LA and MS are really getting hit by Issac. It is so sad to see houses under water people on roof tops waiting to get rescued. It was 7 years to the day when Katrina destroyed them. So sorry to hear about Jasmine's arm. She having everyone sign her cast? I hope all is well when she goes for her checkup. Hello Tricia. Yesterday was a miserable day. We got the rain and wind bands of Issac and it poured and the wind was heavy all day. I think LA is going to get hit Thursday. Terrible storm. The sun is out now but they say 90% chance of rain. I have to get injections #4 this afternoon then just one more set next week. They are really helping. Hello Tricia. Been hectic here been depressedover these knees. How did Rosie make out with the jewel? I thinkliving near the ocean and dampness aggravates the knees. Russ got a good report. Blood work excellent. MRI negative but a little Bursitis on the hip see me in 6 months. I see the ortho surgeon at 2. I refuse surgery sio I imagine more shots that will raise my BG. This morning BG106. Tom leaves Thursday for Finland. How are things with you. You keeing the weight off. TOPS tomorrow. I hope I gain. Last two days it has been out of the 90's.
