Hey Mike! Good to hear from you. The summer is flying by:( I have gotten some great rides in in the last month or so. Keeping my fingers crossed for good weather tomorrow and Sunday. Will be the first time this summer I'll ride 2 days in a row. How are you feeling about your upcoming races? Tried any of the stretch/recovery stuff? I guess there's a Type 1 racing team or something. Anyway, a guy who's on it is going to be speaking locally this fall. Should be cool. Have an awesome weekend.
Thanks! Woah, that pump is so small...so you like that? I have been doing 4 shots a day since I was diagonosed 3 months and its pretty annoying, but I thought the pumps were all pretty big and noticable...
