Hello Fred. Just want you to know I am still alive and kicking. I was voted Life Couch at the annual Tudiabetes Awards Night. How are things with you? re you still teaching? I have a few aches nd pains but at 84 that is to be expected. BG 98. Take good care of yourself. I care. Reed
At first it was tough to adjust but once I got used to NY it was the best thing for me. LA and NY are great for health with all the health awareness but also has its downside of all these delicious looking restaurants.
