Good Morning,Cat. How are you today? I hope well. My BG 108 pleased with that. I am gettinfg mad at the Saints so many of my friends are out of work. They are so well qualified too but it is AGE but you cannot prove it. It is Hot and Humid here day after day. NO RAIN. It seems to go all around us. Russ still using the walker. Tom made him drive around the complex. He did ok. We cannot be without a car. I hope you are not still running low. My best to Jim. I will be 85 on May 15 thinking of where I want to go eat. hi cat, I was gone all yesterday at a quilt show, it was practically in Connecticut, so a fairly long drive. thank God I have friends who aren't afraid to drive on the highway like I am. I'm depressed because the job outlook is very poor and my husband's been out for 11 months now. it's just terrible. anyway, glad you're walking better. May is my favorite month, love all the greens. my fav color above all.

Hi Cat...it was very sticky here today. Rather disappointed that yesterday's apogee moon was not as impressive as I had hoped! It was overcast in the eastern sky here last night. By the time I could actually see the moon, it had risen in the sky and wasn't as large as what it might have been earlier! Spent quite a while on report cards today, so I rewarded myself with a visit to my friends on Tu.

I'm doing well now and K is doing pretty good to. We've returned to our lives b/f surgery (not saying it was the best but we could do something. It got to where we couldn't do ANYTHING around here for a few days LOL!

Yep when the 'puter acts up it gets soooo flustrating. My hubby has heard me go off on mine and thought I was talking to him. hehehe!!!! Well it gets so bad that I take it out on him too! LOL! He better get answers today. My BG 98. Imagine you were low but you seem to do ok. There is a restaurant here called GAS Full service station. Just the name scares me. We had Taste of St. Augustine Sunday hundreds attended. GAS was voted Best Family dining. Any plans for today? I am praying for rain. It is so dry here. 90's today. Take good care both of you. Hi Cat! I love pansies. They were my mom's favorite flower. I have been at the doctor's for two days straight. The doctor gave me permission to take the rest of the week off. I am so glad, have been feeling sick and really need the time to pull myself together. I am feeling better now thatI am home for the day.
Did you enjoy going to the hair salon? That is one of my favorite things to do. I have really curly hair and it is hard to cut because I wear it straight. I only trust one person to do it but he transferred to an expensive salon, now I have to save up to go and see him so I am getting long hair. I think if I feel better Saturday I might go. It is so pretty there, they have beautiful decor, and it always smells so good.
We are having nice weather. It is overcast and the sun is trying to peak out. It is warm though already, no need for a coat. I hope that you are having a nice week. I hope your kitties are doing well.

Good Morning,Cat. Another day another fifty cents recession. Glorious day here but we need rain. My BG 112. I hope yours is god and not too low. I was going t do laundry but I am not in the mood. I go to the foot doctor this afternoon and,then,to my favorite place the drug store. Tom painted the peak outside my Florida room. It looks great. That saved me a few bucks. I will be 85 May 15th and I was not about to get up on a ladder. Hope Jim is doing well. Give him my best. Glad you went out to breakfast. If you lived closer yu could drp into Reed's Diner. we walked around the lake, it takes an hour. there's a really steep hill just on the other side of the lake, but once you get past that, it's easy. there's a redneck bar on the short part where you have to walk by the highway, and they were having a horseshoes competition. some very good players. I hope you enjoy the baby birds. we had a nest of robins last year near our front door. it appears our resident swan couple will be childless again this year. if they had been sucessful, someone would be sitting on the nest at all times, yet I see them out together near our house, far from the nest. oh rats, that reminds me of more pictures I've lost. I've given up trying to get my computer and Palm pilot to synch. I can download my meters and pump directly to the computer. I just won't have any numbers for # of carbs. I keep waiting for Accu-chek to announce they have the new pump out here in the US, but we keep waiting, even though it's been out in Europe for years.
