i'm doing good actually. i was a little afraid when i first stopped the insulin but eating low carb seems to be working for me - and exercising - my BG is more stable than it has been in years and lower! now it stays around 129 and is slowly creeping lower... when i was on insulin it was always at least 150 usually higher - i kept it higher because if i walked or did anything resembling exercise like sweeping the floor it would plummet... :D
