Thanks for the welcome. I see you're a postal carrier, which is probably why you have an enviable A1C. I am a high school teacher, and one year my kids were so awful that I bought some books and considered taking the civil service exam. I thought, "Hey, I could get paid for exercising! Awesome!" Unfortunately, that was also the year of the ANTHRAX! heehee, I guess every job has its pitfalls. :) Thankfully, the kids improved.
Jim - Thank you! I believe your are the one that gave me the link of "how to" for new members. I will try to attached a photo this next week; still dealing with the flu or something similar but managing OK. Again, I appreciate your thoughtfulness.
I'm glad to be here. Thank you all for the welcome. So far, this year I've been struggling with my diabetes. I think I just haven't fully accepted that I have it & need to really get my head in gear about it.
