Thanks for the welcome. I see you're a postal carrier, which is probably why you have an enviable A1C. I am a high school teacher, and one year my kids were so awful that I bought some books and considered taking the civil service exam. I thought, "Hey, I could get paid for exercising! Awesome!" Unfortunately, that was also the year of the ANTHRAX! heehee, I guess every job has its pitfalls. :) Thankfully, the kids improved.
