Many thanks, Jim,, happy to be here! I've been diabetic for about 6 years now and am at a point where I'm unable to manage it very well. I'm hoping new docs and practices, and information gained from the people here will help me do a better job. Again, thanks for your welcome. Anthony
I agree with you, Jim, I think I should. These days many grandparents are involved in the care of their grandchildren. We are a step removed from the role of the parents, but want to know how best to be supportive. I know personally that I would appreciate having other grandparents of diabetic grandchildren with whom to share ideas, concerns, etc.
