Thanks for the welcome. Looked around a bit and joined a few groups. Not sure how much time I will have to spend here. Will have to see what I can do. Blood sugar has been great for about a year and a half now. Just hope it stays that way. It wasn’t too hard to do. Just changed what I ate and the numbers dropped in a few weeks.
