Hi Eric read your bit on the penguins and though you should look at bullet proof at my spot. That tape is so light so sticky so water proof and leaves no glue when removed I thought you should know about it. I preach too much. Take care. Michael.
Eric - I am a big fan of meditation, inspiration, and motivational speaking. (Its not hard to tell if you visit my site at http://www.supportersofsurvivors.com nothing for sale there, I promise!) Some time ago I came accross a VERY gifted speaker, and motivational pholosopher, named Steve Rizzo, are you any relation?
Hey Eric...Agree and think that we are both on the same path but U just say it differently. I don't get upset if I miss my target as long as I'm within reason and am real happy if I hit it. My endo has my range set from 80-140 which I've been able to hit 84% of the time and about 9% below 80 so I'm most concerned about that 7% I just tighten that range up so it give me something to shoot for.... I like to challenge myself so when my endo set my goals rather high from what I wanted but just being safe so I would ask to have them a little lower. I get what your saying and truly appreciate the comments. That's why I like this site...great discussions and it gets you to look at things from a different perspective...Look forward to your help in the future! Take Care~Schmutz
Hi Eric - Can you remind me of the bandage you use around your Pod when it's on your arm? I think it was from Walgreen's but I am having trouble finding it. Thanks for any help you can provide. Lorraine
Hello! How's everything Eric? Any questions/suggestions?
I am part of the Welcome Committee and was just checking in on you to make sure you are aware of all that TuDiabetes has to offer. We would love to hear from you so here is a helpful link where you can read about all the things you can do in the community.
Thanks for backin' me up on the Omnipod forum, Omnipods blow everything else out of the water! I can't wait for the CGMS integration, due next summer; and I think you're totally right about the pod price going down in the future. I'm a techie-head myself- have you heard about the design challenge put out to Steve Jobs to build a more usable insulin pump? A company called Adaptive Path actually responded with the "Charmr":

there is an interesting forum here on Tu Diabetes regarding software development. Thought you might be able to contribute something to it as a Software Architect if you were inclined
